Is it safe and valuable to Ceramic Coat Chrome Wheels? If not what would be the best alternative?

Yes. I use GYEON Q2 RIM. Works great.

Yep, sure can, have done it with Carpro DLX. And you'll never know it's on there, no visible signs of clouding-hazing and detracting that lustrous pretty chrome.
