I didn't turn the sound on to hear any explanation.

Why would you even try to remove tar with this? Then continue to barrel down on the mitt when there was absolutely no evidence that even one speck disappeared after the first failed attempt.

I didn't watch the video but this is a great product for a strip wash..I still have a couple bottles to use up
