If you use Klasse AIO and a sealant over that would that be considered overkill or common practice?

No it is not overkill...
You can top AIO with wax also if you want...Add to the look IMO...

Klasse AIO can be used alone, but was designed to be topped with its own sealant (silver bottle) for best durability. Alot exchange the final sealant with their choice like Wolfgang, UPP, or even Poorboys EX-P.
