Have some WDGPS on order for AG. I also grabbed a few AIO wax/polishes I want to test out as well. (HD speed, 360, and Meg D166).

To get the paint up to snuff and remove any swirls or imperfections I plan to use the AIO followed by the WDGPS. I’m assuming the WDGPS will bond just fine over the top of the AIOs right?

MY vehicles have already been polished using Megs 105 or 205.

Thanks for for the Feedback! I’ll be using my PC 7424 on the car.

Yeah, you'll be fine.

I’ve never had any problems with WDGPS
‘bonding’ to freshly polished panels.

And you still need an AIO:

”to get the paint up to snuff and
remove any swirls or imperfections”

The cars were polished (105 or 205 depending) earlier in the season allowing some small swirls from washing etc to show. My goal is to get the paint as close to perfect within reason before using the Deep gloss. I could hit them with the 205 then move onto the deep gloss if you think that’s the better approach?

A member once had issues with WG DGPS on top of Speed, not sure if that was a unique incident or not.

Guy I work with used HD Speed and topped with DGPS. No issues at all.

Is there any benefit to using one of the AIOs followed by WDGPS or just skip the AIO?

Were the vehicles just polished with M105/205? If you just did it, don’t use an AIO.

If not recent, how long ago and what has been put on for wax/sealant since?

IMO if you have light swirls that you want to remove you would be better off using a finishing polish that doesn't leave a layer of protection behind and then the Wolfgang.

It was a month or so back that I used the 205. I’m thinking it’s best to just hit it again with 205 following up with the Wolfgang. The AIO might cause more issues than anything.

I agree, new plan of attack! Thanks!

If you still have 205 that’s better than an AIO if you’ll put DGPS on the car anyways. AIO is trying to do what those 2 do together but it’s not as good as the 2 used individually.
