Anyone know what would be a good choice for decent swirl removal, plus adding protection, while remaining as dust free in the sun as possible? I see Poorboy's has two AIO's. One is carnauba based and the other is sealant/polymer based. Anyone try these, or have any other recommendations?

Thank you,

Justin

Not sure if this is right. Memory is bit sketchy. Recalled a youtube video about a detailer touting HD Speed in the sun on a black truck.

So, if not mistaken, HD Speed can be used in sun.

HD speed has been great for me in the sun on my black XC90.

If you went outside right now in Tampa where the UV factor is HIGH there isn't a polish made that I have ever found that you could use on a black car that sat outside in the full Florida sun for say 30 minutes and heats up before attempting to use it. It would bake dry as soon as you put it on. And I'm a big HD Speed user and it won't work oustide where I live during full daytime hours outside on dark colored paint.

I don't think the Sun is the problem as I have used a lot of products during the winter in Az. It is the temperature of the panel as panels can get in the upwards 150 degree mark in the summer.

^^This^^

There is working in the "sun" on a Metallic Gray pick up in New York, then there is what Mark just described. Death Ray Florida sun on black paint that will give you a 1st degree burn.

That said, I still will not use ANY product in the direct July/August NY sun. There are too many cloudy days/mornings/evenings to be had to attempt it, IMO.
