Hi all, I’ve been slloowwwlly correcting the paint on my 2016 Cadillac. I’ve been using megs MF system (5in BP, 5in cutting and finishing pads, 300/302 compound and polish) on my PC7424XP. I have been pleased with the results and finishing but was having trouble with some smaller areas so I picked up the 3in BP and pads. When I use the 3in finishing pad and polish I am getting a haze that I have not experienced when finishing with the 5in pads.
I am priming the pad and using a reasonable amount of product and staying at speed 3.5 so I am not sure what is going wrong.
Anyone have a similar experience or have a possible solution?
