Washing before hd speed?

I just got a bottle of hd speed and hd poxy. Do i need to use like a car soap like chemical guys, clean slate car soap? Or would any car soap be enough?

Any soap. The goal before working on the paint is really to get the car as clean as possible. There are ways to get a car cleaner by using more products and tools but to "simply" get the car clean, that is remove loose dirt and anything else possible to remove via a wet-wash that includes rubbing a wash mitt over the paint, then "yes" a good wash job will completely suffice to get the car clean before using 3D HD Speed.
