I had someone throw a cup of coffee into my car on the freeway. Can you recommend someone in the Dallas or Fort Worth Texas area to help me out?

It’s a shame Scottwax doesn’t post any more. At least not here

Agreed but he is still on top of his game and the man for the job.

I too agree.

I've known Scott since 2002 - he actually attended my first Meguiar's Roadshow Class.

Meguiar's Roadshow Goes To Dallas, Texas This Weekend! (https://meguiarsonline.com/forums/showthread.php?11140-Meguiar-s-Roadshow-Goes-To-Dallas!)

Here's Scott - front row just behind the bottles of Meguiar's wheel cleaners.

From Scott in the above thread,

Mike, Smitty, Tony and the rest at Wash Solutions, thank-you for putting on a great class and I was glad to see so many fellow members were able to make it to the class in spite of the horrible weather (freezing rain and drizzle). We even had to wipe the frozen rain off a couple cars to demonstrate the products and their proper usage.

It would be great if we could make this an annual event, I am sure there is more than enough interest in Dallas to generate full classes each time.

....and Mike, I hope you get to feeling better. It was great seeing you again, my friend.

I had a horrible cold at this class.

Here's yours truly showing how to remove swirls and scratches by hand using ScratchX

Check out the Porter Cable and the Meguiar's W5500 foam pads - back then there were only a few pads on the market and they were ALL THICK!

After a few moments on her own, we then gave a little hands-on training to help keep the focus on holding the pad flat, downward pressure, arm speed and path-of-travel.

Be sharing an early Blue Point Swirl Finder Light - this was back in 2006 - 13 years ago as I type today.

Good times. Love that so many of the classes I've taught over the years are documented with pictures.

You would be LUCKY to get a qualified professional like Scott to detail or clean up your car. If he can't do it I'm sure he can recommend someone that can.

Me?

I don't normally like to do work like cleaning up coffee spills on car interiors, I'm more of a buff out a 1969 Dodge Coronet Hemi Car (https://www.autogeekonline.net/forum/ask-mike-phillips-your-detailing-questions-/122731-bucket-list-buff-426-hemi-1969-dodge-coronet.html) kind of guy AND Scott might be to this point in his detailer business. Don't let it sway you from trying or working with anyone he recommends, he's a consummate professional.

That's messed up. I've seen that done once before. The guy pull out what looked like a hand Cannon and took off after the guy. Not sure how it turned out

Wow that sucks! I can't believe people do that type of stuff.

Good luck finding someone out by you!
In the meantime, I'd at least take a damp cloth to that and wipe off what you can... who knows if the coffee will stain, etch, etc.
