I want to remove old bubble gum stuck really hard on the interior plastic. Couldn't remove it by hands. I was wondering whether it's safe to use tar or adhesive remover on it?
Or any other tips recommended.

Might eat/discolor the plastic. Try Isopropyl Alcohol or goo gone.

Try freezing it. I get a bag of ice and leave it on the gum while I tend to other tasks. when you return to it you can pull it off with needle nose pliers.

I like to remain non harsh with interior cleaning products.

All you have do is steam the area to remove the gum.

Remove Gum From Dash...

Get yourself a container of “canned air”:
Freeze it; Frame it.
