Hey all,

For those who have Sirium XM already installed in their cars - you probably know what I am talking about - you might have two decals on the lower corners of your front windows that state (something to the effect of) "This vehicle is equipped with Sirium satellite radio. Anyway, I had those decals on my car. I had my front windows tinted recently, and the knucklehead who did it did not give me my decals (or even tell me that he removed them). I know it sounds a little petty, but I wanted to have those stickers put back. Tried calling Sirius XM and they looked at me like I was a unicorn. Anyway, anyone know where I can get them? Tried looking online with little success. The next course of action is to contact my dealership.

Sorry to say I am of no help with this issue. Maybe the dealership can help?

Hopefully someone else will chime in with some good info...

I'm pretty sure the dealership installed the sticker. Sirius would have no way to access your car. they probably send the dealerships packets with all the pamphlets & stickers. I start there good luck.

yeah you're probably right. I just didn't think it would have been Sirius.

My 2018 truck didn’t have them I wouldn’t have been upset if they took them off when I tinted my windows. What year is your vehicle?

Wow what a knuckle head of a tinter. Most tinters will remove all stickers and throw them away. I remember when i had the windshield tinted on my benz they got rid of the Mercedes-Benz sticker on the windshield and I went to the parts department at my dealership and got a new one. I think it was like $20. I would try eBay and see if someone sells them, if not dealership but there might not be a part number for something like that. Maybe you can go to the dealership and pull one off of another car im sure no one would notice.

They sell some on ebay but they’re really large. The smallest 1 I found was 3” square.

99% of the time these stickers are removed because they can be the source of air bubbles in the future. So your choice of taking the chance with bubbles down the line or no sticker. If it’s for the resale value or “look st me value” then I’m sure your actual screen in your car it self will have a button or on screen text stating Sirusxm. The only time when I I worked at a reputable tint shop that we kept stickers was on the front Winfield or rear windshield like inspection stickers or obvious stickers Installed by the owner. In which case we removed them and saved them for the customer
