Meguiars ultra pro finishing polish M210?

I see Mequiars released this new polish a few months ago but I can't really find any threads or reviews on it. Anyone here using it? Is this an ultra fine polish or just a regular fine cut polish?

Is this something that can compete with Menzerna 3800 or Rupes ultrafine?

Maguiar's says that you can Polish a whole panel before removing the dried product. That would be a big time saver if true?

I haven't used it, but they (Meguiar's) say it sits between M205 and Ultimate Polish aggressive wise.

I heard it doesn't have much cut but they say it's enough to clean up after their new M110 which is as aggressive as they make. I9 wasn't going to use it for cut I was hoping it would finish like an extra fine cut polish


Nice polish to work with. Definitely finishes better than M205 on softer paint. Not on Sonax PF or Hyper Polish level, though. Have you used menzerna 3800? How would you compare them to that?

Let’s discuss what this polish is designed for:

It was designed to be able to remove any haze from a compounding step with 110 using wool and finish flawlessly on even softer paints. (Keep in mind 110 finishes really really well for a compound) That haze can be micro-marring from a DA or holograms from a rotary.

Secondly it was designed to remove said 110 instilled imperfections FAST.

And last it was designed to be user friendly.

I will say it does all of those amazingly well. It actually finishes down any compound in my arsenal very very well.

Tips for using this:

Don’t overwork it. Remove what needs to be removed and stop. I often use it with a long throw DA. 3 or 4 passes with pretty fast arm speed is all that is required.

It is very very rich. Only use a little product.

First pass use light to medium pressure then back off pressure eventually holding a touch of the machine weight off the paint. Again this all happens fast.


Now that said let’s talk about what this product ISN'T.

It’s not a 1 Step polish.

It’s not a ultra fine burnishing polish but it certainly gives very close results to one.

It’s not a polish to be used for 8 section passes. If the defects you are trying to remove can’t be removed by the first 4 passes, try another polish or pad.


This is my take on this polish. I truly love it for it’s designed purpose. Hope this helps you!!

Cool bro that does help. I jumped the gun buying it thinking it could compete with menzerna 3800 or Rupes ultrafine which are my favorite burnishing polishes.

My current car will probably never need a compounding step to be honest. I was thinking of using a medium polish on a polishing pad followed by a jeweling polish/pad but It probably doesn't even need that.

I'll still test out the meguiars 210 on a panel. What about the directions saying you can polish a whole panel before product removal? Is that legit?

I always wipe off the section I’m working on immediately. It’s super easy to wipe off so I don’t see an issue doing a whole panel at once.

I would politely disagree. I feel this has less cut than both above polishes but it does finish better especially on soft paint.

Dont get too hung up on the more oils or whatever comments the internet says.... the polish finishes beautifully with easy wipe off. Worry more how a compound/polish performs for you rather then the chemical composition.... leave that for the chemists! ;)

I too enjoy using 110 and 210. 210 is super easy and leaves virtually nothing. I use Eraser on every panel too so that part doesnt bother me.

The BMW I just did used the new Meguiars twins with MF and LC White...

Well it says it has rich polishing oils. Polishing oil has a filling effect. Plus some people dont want oil based polish if using a coating.
