What to use before touching up paint?

Can I use wolfgang paint enhancer to prepare paint for Dr colorchip paint repair?

Don’t know what that is but you want bare paint/metal so it can bond isp alchohol and prep wipe is what I’m using. I’m going to correct and polish first.

It's contain fillers and is an emulssion of water and oil. So think that would interfear with the paint in drcolorship to don't bond good enough. A solvent based cleaner like ipa and some panel prep products and paint prep and wax and grease removers. I would go with to clean before the touch up. And maybe there is some paint prep with drcolorship kit.

I usually use 70% isopropyl alcohol and a Q-tip swab to clean out the chip before filling and it hasn’t failed me yet. If you have rust in the chip then you need a primer product that converts the rust to a paintable surface.
