Any thoughts? It's stuck on there really well and I cannot remove it (yes, I flipped the lever to 'loosen' it...).
I'm thinking the sticky plastic suction cup has 'melded' itself to my windshield after having been on there year after year after year...
I haven't yet tried sliding a knife or anything as I'm afraid of damaging the windshield.
Thanks for any thoughts.

I had the same issue last week. Used a credit card and it took it off in a second [emoji1360]

I would try a plastic razor blade, it may take a little work but it will come off.
I have had one do the same thing before.

Thanks, I'll give that a try!

This might sound counterintuitive but how about using a hairdryer to soften up the suction cup material. It might release a little easier while using a plastic scraper to dislodge it.

I had that problem once... I think I kept trying to use Krazy Glue. It would be on there for a week and all of a sudden plink! Right down on the floor while I was driving. Lol.
You could also try a piece of dental floss, and work it back and forth behind it.

Try 10 lb fluro fishing line! More durable than dental floss.
