I was told that excluded buffers, maybe bad info? If so, i am in next sale.

I saw those. Just wasn't about to order in the temps we've been experiencing.

Really cold here in the NE too although much better than the Midwest. High 50s here on Tues believe it or not.

Negative temps Wednesday, in the mid 60s here this weekend. I was able to get my interior of my new truck coated/protected today. If I had enough daylight left I'd be doing the rest.

I reside in an area of Ohio that the USDA
has classified as: ”Hardiness Zone” 5b.

•Being that as it is; and, in order to “play it safe”:
-I don’t want any detailing products shipped to
my residence between May 1st and October 1st.
-Therefore my ordering of detailing products is
only done between those specific time periods.

Note:
Those ~154 days provides me with plenty
of time to re-establish intrastate/interstate
commerce routes, whenever needed.

The 20-25% off sales don’t include buffers. Sometimes you can catch a 15% sale that includes them. Even then there are a few not included. Rupes has a minimum selling price set by the manufacturer.
