Hey guys,

Just wondering which brand of specialized microfiber detergent you use? and did you choose it after comparing it to other brands?

As you know, normal clothes detergents varies in quality so I am sure the MF detergent field got the same issue too, and I am wondering which brands to avoid and which ones are highly recommended

Thanks

I have used McKee's, Blackfire, and Chemical Guys. They all work very well but the Chemical Guys seems to be the most economical.

I've used Micro-Restore and Blackfire. Blackfire is better. I don't believe there's a superior microfiber cleaner on the market (or at least not a product specifically marketed for microfiber cleaning).

I use micro restore because I didn’t see any tangible difference between the other brands. It works and it’s cost effective. No way I am paying the premium for Blackfire. Made that mistake only once.

3D Towel Kleen user here. Just flat out works and is hands down best bang for your buck. Can't really beat the price $17.99 for a gallon.

I have used 3D Towel Kleen, Poorboys Typhoon, Micro Restore, McKee's, Wolfgang and I may have missed one or tow. I chose to stay with Micro Restore. I did not notice much of a difference between either of these.

Just good old Tide. The allergy one with no dyes, fragrance. Towels come out fine

Another 3D Towel Kleen user going on three years. Excellent value and it just plain works.

They seem to be basically the same to me. I’m using the Wolfgang Microfiber cleaner-restorer.

Pretty happy with the 3D Towel Kleen, if you follow their directions for quantity, you don't get excess suds. I have tried Tide, scent free and and dye free, that they say is important with microfibre, but found I needed to do an extra rinse at the end to get rid of excess suds.

3D Towel Kleen and the Poorboy's Typhoon to pretreat stains on my good towels. Just 3D on the cheapo interior towels

^^ This. On all but my wheel and door jam towels I do an extra rinse. Dry on low with of course NO dryer sheets of any kind.
