I ordered a Griot's GG6 as per numerous suggestions from the forum. I've been spending a lot of time reading information here on the forum.
Now that I have DA, I'm wondering what some suggestions would be if I want to do a thorough multi-step process on my truck.
I intend to order the backing plate and pads for the Griot's.

I have the Meguiar's mild clay bar, Quik Detailer spray and Ultimate Liquid wax. I've been using these three products with very good success, although, I've only been using the liquid wax by hand. This will be my first time utilizing a DA.

I did a search on the forum and didn't see anything quite this specific, but I'm wondering if/when is a good time to incorporate a car wax remover? What is the multi-step process? Is it wash, car wax remover, re-wash, clay, compound / swirl remover, polish and then carnauba and/or sealant? Are these the proper steps to follow? Looking at the AG store of products, it's a dizzying array of bottles, sprays, spritzers and cans. I don't want to get mesmerized by products as it certainly looks like that's easy to do. I have a 2011 Dodge Ram Sport Reg. Cab 4WD. There's only 50,000 miles on it. I wash / wax it regularly especially now that I've moved from Wisconsin to Arizona where the UV rays beat the snot out of it. My wife's new Subaru and our tear drop camper get the garage and thus, my truck is left out in the driveway to fend for itself.

My Griot's DA will be delivered this week. I'd like to begin obtaining the rest of the materials to do a thorough multi-step process on my truck and am inquiring where to start.
