I've used:
Rupes Coarse Blue
LC Microfiber Cutting Pads/ Meguiars MF Cutting Disc
LC Force Orange (just testing though, I was deciding if I wanted to use the Mille or my 21ES for one step jobs, had no issues. )

Hybrid force will cause it to be grabby. Feels more like a 3401 vs smooth. Haven't tried my B&S thin maroon pads yet. Picked up a couple to try out with my next job.

I bet the Meguiars maroon foam cutting disc would work great!

Never used the Meg's ones but I have used the Buff and Shine Uro-Tec Maroon Medium Cutting Foam Pad - 5" size and LOVE them. These are going to replace my use of their thicker green pads that just don't hold up well IMO.
