I get curious about spot free rinsing and found some very interesting ways and gadgets:

1> Mr. Clean Auto-Dry - so, so and works well for some

2> CRSpotless - WOW!

3> ***CAR & BOAT WASHING DEIONIZER / WATER SOFTENER*** (http://www.watersticks.com/di.htm) and ***HIGH CAPACITY DEIONIZER / WATER SOFTENER*** (http://www.watersticks.com/hcdi.htm)

-possible homemade projects here, anyone try this out yet?

4> Spot free rinse additive that reduces drying time (http://www.industrialcleaners.com/61261.htm) - I think this one is used by those car wash tunnels. 1 oz to 25-50 gallons! Put a couple of ounces in the canister of the Foam Gun..hmmm might just work?

5> 3 Keys to Wash Your Car Spot Free - Cleaning (http://www.bellaonline.com/articles/art51573.asp) - makes you wonder...:p

6> Stick with sheeting and blot/wipe dry with WWMF's - the way I do it now.

7> ONR - my next experiment.

D&D, do you have any experience with Watersticks? 300 beans is a lot for the hobby detailer.
