Just put these wheels on and didn't relies how much they would show dirt and brake dust. What are my best options to protect and make it easier to clean?

Debatable. I've tried McKee's and 22PLe and have found GYEON's RIM superior to both. YMMV.

I would pull the wheels off and clean them really good. Apply a Ceramic Coating to the front & back of the wheels. Once they're ceramic coated you can maintain them with SiO2 Spray Sealants.

Pinnacle Black Label Diamond Wheel Coating (https://www.autogeek.net/pinnacle-wheel-coating.html)
GYEON Q2 Rim - 30 ml (https://www.autogeek.net/gyeon-rim.html)

CQuartz DLux Plastic & Wheel Coating (https://www.autogeek.net/cquartz-dlux.html)

Exactly it is debatable and in most cases any wheel coating will do just fine for about a year.

I've tried a few wheel coatings (DLUX, PBL Wheel, Gtechniq C5, Gyeon Rim) and they are all good performers. Some better than others but in general all solid performers. Gyeon Rim is nice to work with and the durability from Gyeon is a tad conservative at 6 months. But it is on par with most of the ones I have mentioned. I have already started to see signs of it worn off in some areas at 10 months. It will make it to 1 year just like the others.

I have a new set of unmounted wheels that i would like to install ceramic coating on. Could those with experience applying different wheel coat products who have no affiliations and can give somel pros and cons of the different products take a few minutes and fill the rest of us in? To me, all the products are awesome 3 months out...but 9 months and after road salt...?

Thank you in advance.

I applied regular CarPro CQuartz paint coating (not the UK version) to my summer wheels and it has worked out really well. So far it has lasted two spring-to-fall seasons of driving and countless washings, yet still beads up like the day it was first applied. If you look around, some retailers actually sell sample sized, 10ml bottles which is the perfect size for doing a set of wheels.

I have not applied any coatings to my winter wheels. They are in pretty rough shape already (the whole reason they are winter wheels), so I simply try to keep them clean and don't worry too much about them.

While there are good, reputable, wheel coatings out there, don't over look some of the regular paint coatings which will probably do just as well.
