My first go around with Megs 105 and Megs 205, finish with Megs NXT wax,I'm pretty happy with it and it should sell quick.

Looks great!

Did you do the polishing with the rotary polisher or DA polisher or a combo maybe?

What did you think about the M105 compound?

It was all with the RBL da polisher except for the rh boxside.
I had did that with M100 and the rotary because of some deep scratches the da wouldn't get.
I like how the 105 works and it will probably be my go to compound for using the da.

I'm not sure what pads I have as they have no label but the one I cut with was orange with dimples in it (LC?) And the polishing pad was a black waffle style.

There are no identifying labels on them so 2nd knows who makes them.

If you are testing out the longthrow DA and want more cut. Either a mf cutting pad and a purple wool pad from lake country can get you an awesome cut with the m100 or m105 compounds. Many has the M105 dusting for them. The m100 and m101 seems to be a lower dusting compound.

Follow your journey close when you post. It's interesting to see how you think of polishing with the DA polisher. And come from polishing alot with the rotary polishers. Many dismiss the DA way to fast and put it a side. Nice that you really giving it a shot. Not to say the rotary polisher has it's place. There are times when you can work faster with it. But many times you get away with 1 step lesser with the DA. The abrasive technology has come a really long way for the DA polishers. And also many of the new polishes is so you can polish with the rotary too.

Right on SWETM,,thats why I bought the DA polisher to begin with and now that things are beginning to work out for me (finally) with it I really like it,,especially cutting out that extra step :D thanks to alot of help from the autogeeks here :)

I am going to see if my supply guy can order me some of those pads you are talking about,,I think he has MF but I would also like to try the purple wool foam pad.Dusting doesnt really bother me that that much because most of the compounds from days past dusted...way worse,,I just blow a lot with the air hose to keep it out of my work area.

I can imagine my post can be a bit of a mystery because I have a hard time typing all that stuff into my phone,,maybe I should jot down what I use and then add it on my home PC so you guys aren't all wondering what the hell I am doing or what I am doing it with,,lol.
