Flex xc3401 vrg or torq22d. For wet sanding?

Well heres another? Seems like when I finish one ?, another pops in my head, here it is, I would like to try to wet sand some clear after a repair scratch. What machine would do better the torq 22d or the flex xc 3401 vrg?

If it's just a small area after repairing a scratch I would go with a Rupes mini or Flex mini. If you go with the bigger machine I would NOT recommend the 3401. If you hit an edge with a 3401 it's not going to stop spinning and you may go right through the paint. The other type of machine there is a chance it may stop spinning.
