I shot McKee's 37's customer service folks an e-mail concerning a problem that I caused while using one of their products. The problem was completely my issue, and I was only looking for a solution I could implement.

Nick responded early this morning saying he would take care of the problem. He didn't have to do that - I was willing to take responsibility to resolve it on my own.

Look, in the course of running a business, what he's doing isn't earth shattering. But he didn't have to help, and I made it clear he didn't have to. but he still is anyway. And THAT, to me, is the right way to run a business.

As I've gone further and further down the rabbit hole of the world of detailing, I have used McKee's products as a starting point, with the belief that if one didn't perform as I hoped, I would try something different. This experience makes me more certain that my faith is well placed.

Thanks Nick!

Thank you for posting about a positive experience. People are always quick to post about negative stuff, but no so quick to comment on the good. It's always nice to hear the positive comments though.

Thats great to hear. I model how I conduct my business after M37 and PBMG. You are absolutely right about how it should be done to maintain a very high business profile.

Nick is a good guy. I've been extremely happy with the way all McKee's products work.

You are definitely right, that's the way a business should be run, go above and beyond. I know that's the way I always ran mine and was extremely successful. One of the biggest reasons I buy 90%+ of my products from AG, Autopia, and McKee's is because they run their business like I ran mine and unfortunately there are fewer and fewer companies out there who even know what customer service is.

•IMO:
-Nick “doing solids” is not a new phenomenon:
-that has always been his normal mode of oper-
ation—i.e...Nick is a solid citizen.

•And, if I may:
-I’ll be bold and suggest that he is:

There might not be a classier organization than McKee's 37.

I haven't used their products yet, but I love anything Bob McKee does!

Nick has always done me right. Starting from back in the day he was with AG. Bob is extremely lucky to have a great individual like Nick.
