I used Armor All Multi Purpose Cleaner to clean some crevices on my car, and I noticed it accidentally also wiped quarter-sized section of the roof.

Would APC remove recently-applied sealant?

My guess: if you accidentally wipe a small amount on and then wipe off lightly, I doubt it removes much. If you were to purposely wipe the protected area back and forth for some seconds, it may be removing significant amounts of the sealant. Disclaimer of course, all sealants are different and the amount of time the APC sat on the spot likely impacts the result as well.

Does AA’s APC remove Sealant?
Whenever I’m faced with such doubt:
(And I’m not one to become hesitant)
I just apply more Sealant, ‘round-n-‘bout.

not familiar with their product but can say, Purple Power degreaser will eat through Gyeon's Syncro. Had to re-polish and re-do the entire process on two doors of my wifes vehicle as it was very clear where it did. So much for using it to remove road tar. It's great for stripping vehicles I'm prepping for detail though. :)

Brian at Apex put Wofgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant, and Optimum Opti-Seal through a torture test, and afterwards, both products seemed to still be there.... ?

Highly likely it does, yes.
