My hose reel is falling apart and I might be able to order parts, if not a new one it is. I need a reel with my current situation. I cannot bolt something to the wall or have an odd shape cart. I have the craftsman 100 ft hose and a never kink 25 ft hose turned into a leader. Im wondering what the geeks here use. Does not have to be a fancy system but something that will last and not leak or break

That's what I use. If you don't want to fasten it to a structure, just fasten it to a post with a 2x6 cross piece.

Yes. And do yourself a favor and get the gooseneck adapter as well.
