For those that have used both, your thoughts? I’m quite familiar with 400.

If I remember mwoywood correctly, he said it wasn't the heaviest cutter.

I can't say for sure because I've never used HD Cut + myself.

400 has been good to me, so I guess I'd never had a reason to try anything else.

i know that's not helpful haha.

Maybe 3D One will be more comparable to Menzerna HC400.

I use 400 as a benchmark when comparing cut and finish and assume Cut+ is in that range.

Can't pinpoint exact threads but I seem to recall many saying that HD Cut+ is on the 'lighter' end of compounds, cut-wise.

So the consensus is less cut than 400?

FG400 is my Go-to compound product. Can't comment on any HD products. Sorry

Cut+ is actually designed for rotary use, obviously you can use it with either, it's much more effective with a rotary. I believe 400 is designed more for both rotary and DA.

According to AG site, Cut+ is for both rotary and DA.

It's designed for both. I don't think you'll see a huge difference between the two compounds.

Thanks, have enough similar cut compounds, will give it a skip.
