If so, then you an try a light polish and a rag by hand. Light even pressure with a foam applicator and then buff. If that has removed it, re-apply to that area overlapping it of course and then buff completely. Make sure being it's a dark color that the appearance is even and looks uniform. You shouldn't have any issues. Worst case you may have to just very lightly polish the entire panel but I doubt it.
This is what I would do when I found high spots. I never seemed to see them until long after the product had dried. A soft foam pad and a little finishing polish always did the trick. Unlike some other coatings, I found with CanCoat a small spot polish and then careful re-application of the newly polished area (after using a prep spray) would do the trick and blend perfectly.
