Hey all,
First post on the forum but been lurking for a little while. I already have a full rotary kit with pads and backing plates and recently picked up a dual action.
I plan on buying new pads but I see there is an adapter to use my rotary plates on the DA. As a CNC machinist I'm always trying to make my set ups as rigid as possible.
This leads me to my question: will the extra stick out from the rotary backing plate and adapter lead to reduced performance that I would obtain using a dedicated dual action backing plate?
