Hey all. Hope you are all enjoying your Memorial Day weekend. For those that served, I thank you for you service.

One facet of detailing that I have never quite gotten a handle on is paint correction. I never invested in a DA polisher or accompanying products because I have an irrational fear that I will destroy my paint. In my head, I know DA polishers are safe and I am sure with a little practice I could beat this phobia. Like most people, it’s just a matter of getting some hands-on experience.

Anyway, if there are any Kung Fu Masters in the Southeastern PA region that wouldn’t mind teaching Grasshopper a thing or two about paint correction over a Saturday or Sunday, let me know. I would be willing to compensate for time and/or product used. My goal is to get over the fear of DA polishers and learn how to remove scratches and swirls so I can keep my new car looking new for a while.

Thanks!

Detail Kitty has been known to have some detailing days at her house, and I think there are actually quite a few members in your area. This was last year:

Yeah, DK is good people. I am hoping she does another detailing day this year.
