Spilled milk in jeep

Long story short, a 16oz chocolate milk was left in my jeep( unopened) and in the heat, the bottle expanded and eventually leaked. So, now my passenger seat smells like rotten milk. Any suggestions ? Thanks everyone!

Cloth or leather?

If cloth, you could pretreat with Meguiars D116 Protein Stain Remover (https://www.autogeek.net/meguiars-d116-protein-remover.html) and tamp it, or carpet extract the seat.
Then apply CarPro So2Pure Air Purifying Coating 120 ml. (https://www.autogeek.net/so2pure-air-purifier.html)

If perforated leather, I would just use a high quality leather cleaner and then treat with the so2pure.
