In my quest to find a proper hose-less solution for washing my car at my apartment, I stumbled upon the iK Multi-Pump Sprayer. It looks like folks have known about this product for some time, but since I've been out of the loop for the past few years it flew under my radar.

I'm wondering if this would be a workable alternative to a hose for the purpose of rinsing after foam, wash, Iron X, etc. I would be using distilled water throughout the process. Here is the washing/maintenance routine I am considering.

Initial pressure wash at the local coin-op to remove anything hard or caked on. Drive home and pray. :)
Rinse at home with iK sprayer.
Apply Krud Kutter traffic film remover. Rinse.
Foam application using iK FOAM 9. Rinse.
Wash and decontaminate tires and wheels with a dedicated bucket and wheel wash tools. Rinse.
Rinseless wash with Wolfgang Uber, bucket, and dedicated wash mitt.
Decontamination with Iron X. Rinse.
Decontamination with clay bar.
IPA.
Wax and sealant.

Think this is doable, or am I kidding myself with the iK sprayer? Other thoughts?

Look into the Worx Hydroshot (https://www.worx.com/40v-hydroshot-portable-power-cleaner-wg640.html). There's a 20v and 40v variety. I have the 20v and can easily wash two vehilcles with it. I use mine primarily for Rinseless washing which is likely what you'd be doing at an apartment. Just use a couple 5 gal buckets with pure water if you are rinsing off Iron X, or doing a regular wash. There's a power shower style spray or various fan pattern options on the nozzle.

Nice! I will definitely look into that. Relatively speaking, how loud is the Hydroshot?

I've got a similar unit to the original IK Multi pump thing. Mine's 44 oz and works great. I use it for water-less washing. I love it. However it is not a powerful stream like a pressure washer. It just sprays a large area very fast. Easy to pump up and an adjustable spray pattern nozzle. It's the ones sold here at A-G. It's been very durable.

I'd suggest simply getting a gallon (or so) size sprayer (ala Home Depot/Lowes). A LOT more water to saturate the surface w/o refilling etc

Love my Worx Hydroshot. With the 2litler bottle attachment I not only use it weekly for rinseless washing, but when I need to rinse bird droppings and other spot stuff. I go through alot of distilled water. Uses .5 GPM.
if you are in a shaded area maybe you can fill a bucket with tap water and rinse with it but save the final rinsing for distilled.
