Mobile detailing on site lot washes

For the mobile detailers doing lot washes or office building do you have a sample sign up sheet and notice for when you are going to show up to location, example a sheet that says on Monday May 8th we will be on site and if interest sign list if interested, how did you get connected to site and site approval to do work on property, I have a condo near me that I'm trying to get access to but want to have at the least three vehicles to do.
any insight is helpful thanks in advance.

First off, make sure you get approval from the property management, nothing worse than starting, then having to clean up and give all the keys back because they kicked you off the property. When i did office buildings I would keep in contact with the receptionist or front office person. They would send out a notice or mass email to the employees of when i was coming. When I show up there are usually a couple keys for me so I can get started. While I'm working they would send out another email saying I was there and to bring there keys to the front desk. Some would leave post-it notes of when they need the car back by or if they were going to lunch at a certain time and I would do cars according to everyone's schedule. Also if you want to give a discount or do a free wash for either the front desk person, they will usually hustle to get you some extra cars.
