I recently got my car ceramic coated with Gtechniq ceramic coating, and was looking for a periodic detail spray or coating maintenance spray I could use with the coating that won't screw things up or streak/haze.

Thanks.

My car is coated with CSL/Exo and I I use Polish Angel HG as a drying aid. Here is a pic of mine from last RW with 914 and PA HG as a drying aid and was coated almost a year ago. The thing is my color just don't have the pop of the dark colors.

Seeing as you have Gtechniq, you could stay within the product family.

For a maintenance spray sealant you can use C2V3. I have been using it undiluted every few months on my wheels that have C5 Wheel Armour + Exo V3 as well as using it as a drying aid every few weeks by diluting it 1:2 with distilled water. Both methods seem to work very well.

GTechniq C2v3 Liquid Crystal (https://www.autogeek.net/gtechniq-c2-liquid-crystal.html)

The other option you have which you can use every wash is using their detail spray every wash and switch in between it and C2V3. GTechniq states it can be used on their coatings. I have used this in the past as well and it seems to be a nice QD.

GTechniq Quick Detailer 500 ml (https://www.autogeek.net/gtechniq-quick-detailer-500.html)

And finally you have CarPRo Ech20 which works well on pretty much any coating. I find 1:20 to be the sweet spot for a QD/drying aid.

So I had the same exact question.
Just got my car back from being coated with Crystal Serum Ultra and 2 coats of EXO on top.

Been trying CarPro Exh2o and it seems to work pretty well. Also just tried a mixture of Ech2o and Reload combined. Also seems very nice.

Wanted to ask about the gtechniq C2V3.
I have read somewhere recently that it wasn’t meant to be applied on top of EXO and it was advised not to apply on top of EXO. Instead it was intended for their crystal lacquer.

Is there any truth to this?

I was going to try and stay in the GTechniq line if it worked well, but I certainly don’t want to waste time or money on a product that’s not compatible with my Serum Ultra/EXO coating.

Thoughts?

Gtechniq C2V3 is a great product and also use it as drying aid,
It works with all Gtechniq coatings.

I use ONR for rinse less wash.

For C2V3, 1:2 ratio as a drying aid?

Anyone mixing this at different ratios for other applications?

Use ONR most of the time...C2V3 is not used after every wash...it is used as topper or as needed...C2V3 is tricky to use...never use it when the sun is out...spray the towel not the panel ( or be ready for nightmare)
And I am Gtechniq trained and accredited installer.
I use ONR as quick detailer...and C2V3 twice a year.
