Then what are the/your top sheeting products? Thank you in advance.

I'm bigger on sheeting as it usually speaks to the self cleaning characteristics of the surface. Beads look nice until the sun comes out and they turn into water spots.

Sheeting is just less hydrophobicity than beading. Let your beading products wear long enough and they'll start sheeting. Some product are less hydrophobic from the get-go.

IMO:
•Finding truly hydrophilic LSPs nowadays
may wind up being an exercise in futility.
-It would probably just be easier to find
LSPs that are considered less hydrophobic
than other ones.


•The best bet in reducing the “bad effects”
of water beading is to have LSPs that are
Superhydrophobic; i.e.: water-bead’s
contact angle >150°; has a roll-off/sliding
angle <10°—“The Lotus Effect”.

-Superhydrophobic surfaces are extremely
difficult to wet; are “self-cleaning”.


Unfortunately:
The science of nanotechnology has not,
currently, advanced enough to produce
superhydrophobic LSPs that are suitable
for automotive paint sealing purposes.


However, for now:
•Although the Nanolex Si3D LSP doesn’t
quite match all of the superhydrophobic
attributes of the Lotus leaf; IMO: it still
is very hydrophobic, and has exceptional
self-cleaning properties—[is this also
representative of oleophobic (oil repellant)
characteristic(s)?].


•I’m sure there are probably a few other
similar products out there in Detail Land.
-[I’ve heard that GTechniq has upgraded
their EXO (to: v3)?]

Just a thought on this. You can't really make a product that beads like crazy but doesn't sheet, or the other way around. It's the same property at the base of it all.

Dump a bucket of water onto the paint and the vast majority of it will sheet off. Mist water on to the surface and it will bead. Same property.
