Hi guys, so here's my problem: the leatherish arm rest on the wifes CRV has torn due to wear, so she is threatening to use yes DUCT TAPE. Does anyone have any cleaner/ better ideas? Thanks in advance.

They now have colored duct tape, might blend real well.

Replace it or tape it. I'm guessing you've let it go too long or she wouldn't be willing to use duct tape. FIX IT FOR HER!

How do search for that?

Just go to Amazon, or eBay, and search for '2010 crv armrest cover'

If you didn't wait soooo long, you wouldn't have the wife threatened you with duct tape.

Yes you're right.

Hey it's the armrest that's on the door.

Hey it's the armrest that's on the door.

That may be a separate part-piece as well, but as I'm not familiar with the vehicle, but perhaps due to some mechanical common sense, it might mean removal of the door panel.

Again, such may be sourced from the web. Most know all too well that if you walk into a dealership you will pay dearly for the exact same part.

To me, and my philosophies have always been along the lines that a vehicle is sort of like a house, that as time passes, this breaks, that goes bad, worn out, ugly, and as things begin to add up, in very short time what you have yourself is a real piece of junk on your hands.

Hey, but next it's going to be the seats or carpets etc., etc..

Bet you wouldn't let it happen to your car, You've been a Geek for almost 5 years and probably took care of your cars way before that.
