Hello folks, my name is Dandrop and i am a car detail addict from the Bay Area. I am new to the Autogeek board but i've been on autopia for around 4 years. Although i have been detailing as a hobby for a few years now, there's a lot more to learn and so many products try out.
I remember ordering a Pinnacle kit from autogeek in 2002 and that started the addiction. I stopped detailing for a while when my car ('02 BMW 530i) got totalled in 2004 by a drunk driver and I bought a beater truck for a replacement. I've been out of the loop for a while and i am just overwhelmed with the amount of newer products that promise the best shine. Recently, i bought an 07 Audi A3 and i am now back with the detailing bug.
I am here on a quest to find out which ones are good and which one are fluff. I hope to learn from you guys to minimize any mistakes. Thanks!
