After reading Mike's review of Blackfire One Step, I wanted to know if this product will or has already replaced their Blackfire Total Polish & Seal. Strange I couldn't find the answer via google or on this forum, so I went to their website and they're still listing both products, confusing. So I tried calling them via their CS phone number, and they never pick up nor do they put you in a phone queue, they just say leave a message. So I called three different times today a few hours apart, and haven't heard back from them.
So is one step replacing their total polish & seal product ? And are they a small company ? That might explain their telephone CS issue.
