I am trying to redeem it by putting it into the coupon area at checkout but it is not being accepted.

bro if you look at the bottom of the coupon... it says you have to "call in" to use the $10:D

I waas told that you add a note in the comments box stating that you have a $10 off coupon as well as the number on the coupon. AG's staff will handle it from there.
