So first on the list was a 05 Charger Daytona that the owner had two toned a while back. Overall the paint job was pretty good but like most the finishing work lacked a bit. The paint got the usual wash and decon process followed by a 2 step correction and IGL Poly 1 year coating. This paint looked nuts outside!

Prep- washed, clayed with mothers speed clay

Wheel/Tires- Mckees foaming wheel cleaner gel, LATA, Hyper dressing(wells) Mckees gloss tire gel. Rims final wipe with Mothers all chrome spray polish

Correction- M100, Boss microfiber cutting pad, G21. M100, Meguiars 3in microfiber cutting pad, Adams swirl killer mini
Finish polishing- M205, Rupes yellow pad, G21. M205, Rupes 4in yellow pad, Adams swirl killer mini

LSP- IGL Poly

Next on the list was a last minute emergency correction and coating on a good clients new to him 2007 Shelby GT500 with ONLY 5500 MILES!!! He called me Thursday afternoon after taking delivery of it from Texas and wanted to know if I could get it corrected and coated by 4pm Friday. So he dropped off Thursday evening and I got to work right away by doing a rinseless wash with N914 and doing the wheels and tires the traditional way. Being under the gun I knew I wasn't going to have time to do one of my multi layer coatings so McKee 37 new Sio2 Enhanced paint coating got the call and once again it didn't disappoint. After getting it prepped and test spots completed Thursday night I went to bed and got up at 4am and began work to ensure I would get it done on time. One thing I will say is that every Ford I have done around this time has paint that responds so nice to polishing and doesn't do anything odd. Makes my life easy!

Nice work! Yea I used to work for a ford shop. The clear on their black is pretty dog and usually polishes out super nice and even. Both look great!
