View Full Version : What do you guys do about under the door handles?

How do you guys correct under the door handles? Is it by hand only? Mine could use a little touching up.

I had no issues using some UC then UP under mine.

by hand is always difficult. Soft paint will correct quickly... iBird NANO is probably the way to go.

Guys I put polish (or compound) on 2 sides of a microfiber towel and pull the towel back and forth against the inside of the door handle. Sometimes larger (deeper) door handles require that I double up on the towel, but after a few minutes of back and forth (up and down) with the towel, many of the scratches are gone. For really stubborn ones, I use a 3" LC foam pad (yellow or orange) on the a 18v drill. Does the trick. Here's a pic of the pad and drill adapter.

Like everyone else, if the buffer won't reach, it's compound or polish, fingers and a microfiber.
