I am going to use the SSR2.5 later today, followed by the SSR 1.0, but I was wondering before applying the Souveran Wax do I need to wash the car? to like remove all the polish or do I need some special cleaner.

Thanks you all :righton:

Use a 50/50 mix of water and ISO Alcohol.

Wiper her down with this to remove any oils left.

And if you got some WG Sealant, put a couple of layers down before the Souveran and your car will shine.:righton:

Somebody just did a car using PB's 2.5 and 1.0 so I will post the thread here again. Not only because it's relevant, but also because the car just looks so damn beautiful!! :)

no need to remove the leftover fillers from 1.0ssr if going directly to Souveran paste or liquid. Carnuabas are compatible so your really creating an unnecessary step unless you might repolish the area if not up to your standards, then you would use the alcohol/water mix.
