I would use regular polish as I'm not sure how Chrome polish would work on what appears to be aluminum. Is it coated? Overall though, I use my Rupes Short-Neck for wheels all the time and I use either their fine polish or standard polish in my cabinet.

I use the small yellow ones that came with the unit. I have others but these work fine.

Those are Weds Kranze Bazeria wheels with raw aluminum lips. A metal polish or aluminum polish will work fine on it.
