Ok, heres how I'm doing my wash now, 1 bucket, about 15 or so wash mitts, use only one mitt per panel, then throw into a different bucket, I do have a grit guard, but this way is easier and I don't have to worry about any dirt getting into the soap bucket.

If I have the time, I wash one panel, blow dry it off, then do another , blow dry off, etc. Problem I'm having is I still have a few water spots left over one way or the other, then I have to use some MF towels with detail spray..........after reading some posts here, they say the least you touch the paint the better, seems to me theres no way you can get the car totally clean without touching the paint with a MF towel.

If you guys know a better way, let me know. LOL....Other question is using a Detail spray as a drying aide, can someone explain this to me a little better, or in my case simpler.........this just isn't sinking in with me.

Sorry for the dumb questions, just want to learn something new.

FWIW, just wash the entire vehicle and blow dry it at the end from top to bottom with a leaf blower, etc., then take a 16x16 drying towel soaked in Wolfgang Uber Rinseless solution mixed up at 1/2 oz to a gallon of distilled water and wrung out completely so that it's just damp and wipe off the remaining areas needing done. Works perfectly fine with no issues of scratching unless you're towels are dirty.

Here's how I know (http://www.pbase.com/timothylauro/image/165925812/original.jpg)

15 WASH MITTS? Consider a foam gun to pre soak and help remove some of the dirt. Then any good quality soap and mitt will do in your bucket(s). Wash the entire vehicle. To lessen water spots and drying time, flood rinse the vehicle after washing. Low pressure water with your nozzle removed. A quality drying aid and MF should not scratch. Griots spray on wax is great for this.

Stop washing your car in direct sunlight. Best time to wash is early morning 6am. or just before sunset.

I use ONR or opti-clean no rinse. Outstanding products. I follow it up with opti spray wax. I'm pretty sure autogeek sells these products.
