I have posted that my site was a good place to have your profile on the web.
I was accused of a myspace clone. Look at the sites that are being made with the more advance programing than myspace.
Oh most of them are done by yoyo dudes (I sell yoyos too duh).

From guys who can tell the difference of a wax compare to another so precisely. Make such a basic statement about the feature pack program that me and 2 other guys had coded to do some giant killing I must be asking the wrong people for proper opinions. Any support will be appreciated since we are broke to promote. All we got is 50 cent!

YoMike,

Tell me, what "features" are here that are missing on MySpace? I don't really spend much time on MySpace so I don't know what's there or what isn't. Off hand, and I'm not trying to be overly critical, I would say that what MySpace has that this site doesn't is USERS, and given that the number one priority of a networking site is networking, you'll need some really compelling hook to get people to switch. Think in terms of advertising, you can come up with a really flashy, hi-tech medium, maybe something like a 3d holographic ad, it still won't be as valuable a product as say a 30 second time slot for the super bowl, for the same reasons. You can show things that can't be shown on flat tv screen, but if nobody is looking, what's the point?

Think I just saw this on the other forum, but it looks like Myspace to me which I haven't used in I don't know how long.

Your right that it isn't a clone but it is pretty darn close. It has similar features on similar parts of the site-- ie picture and info in upper left, friend list on the middle of the right colum and friend postings under that...

The problem is no one see them, It's the control panel that actually edits the profile site itself locate on your page when logged in. The only way view these hidden features is to sign up and the control panel will be revealed. I'm not just trying to get you to sign up, that's not the case. So many option will take you some time to max their ability. Got some time what to play around than sign up. By the way if you look at the top bar you'll out own IM same features ICQ and MSN and AOL, we are not playing around. We are out to kill giants with a sling shot. You can even edit all your meta tags.

All sites include:
»Profile page »Photo album page
»Friends page »Unlimted Blog pages
»Comments page »Easy to edit CSS styling

Hey mike dont take my initial comment as a bad thing or to offend.. I said it "looks" like myspace, how much money is myspace worth?? So it's not a bad thing to "look" like.

I appreciate the work that must have went into something like this and wish you all the best of luck!

its just like myspace...

Yours has profile pic, buddy add under it, friends in the same place, comments in the same place, etc...

The only difference is that the interests and personal details looks like they moved a bit.

your layout could easily be made in css for a myspace profile. The ONLY thing different would be the extended network box.

update: I compared the coding of the style sheets and formatting. I had to pull the source code of my own profile and found the links to the external css pages.

The code is 90% the same. I dont know who told you of this being so original... but it looks to be more of a case of reverse engineering myspace from style sheets and layout format.
