Both 110/220 V(AC) haven't been
in use since around WWII.

Either 110V or 120V is fine as long as there is a UL label on it (CSA in Canada, Ce in Europe). The voltage in North America can be from 110V to 120V nominally, but the testing goes to 20% above/below nominal the UL/CSA/CE approvals. This allow for safety margins in case of surges, or just plain old over voltage conditions. There are places in which the wall voltage is below 110V (say in farms where the power lines are very long) and it isn't uncommon to see 124-125V in the cities. Neither of those should be a problem. Same goes in Europe for CE markings, Europe runs on 220V, UK runs on 240V, as long as the unit has a CE mark, it will work on both.
