I cleaned a friend's van. They have a Honda Odyssey with tan leather seats. It has 180 miles and is like a 2010. It has creases in the leather that is black in between them. The seats were cleaned and came out pretty except for the creases and black like stains. How do I get those out? Thanks in advance.

2010 with 180 miles? Did they forget they bought that car and left it in the garage?

Haha! Might be newer, all Honda Odyssey's look the same.

Maybe on the seat, but it's on the back rest as well.

Pictures?

What I wonder is.... how is the dirt getting there in the first place?

Is the owner a pipe welder? Or steel fabricator? Farm hand? Roughneck on an oil drilling rig?

When I do dirty work I change out of my dirty clothes before I get into our nice cars so I don't get the leather seats dirty.

Hopefully you can see this pic. It's a picture from the web that I found, looks similar. It has the cracks with dirt in them. I tried an APC with the AG leather brush and they wouldn't come out. The rest of the seat came out nice, but not so much on the cracks. Is there something stronger I should use?

The picture you are using appears to be cracks in the leather. If the leather in the Honda is in similar condition I would recommend the customer have the leather repaired and dyed. Hard to say without the actual vehicle pictured.
