i started my detailing business and the only tool that everyone seems to use that i dont have is an extractor... how much do these run? whats a cheap one that i could start out with? thanks

go with the mytee extractors. they start from 500 to 1500 depending on what size.

You could start with a bissel little green, and it will do a desent job.
I have a Sanitaire extractor,I have been using for a few years

I have the Mytee HP60....
I didn't want to but a cheap one and not be happy, so I went big....

i went with the Mytee lite....smaller than the hp 60 and easier to manage. just not as strong. can be had for around 800 but i got the floor wand for home use too.

Well like HighEnd said, you can get a LGCM for $50-70 and it will do a decent job. But if you're using it constantly and money isn't much of an object then get a commercial extractor. Most I've seen are in the $500-1000 range, and probably the most popular make would be Mytee. I've also heard great reviews on Durrmaid's as well.
