01 Civic Interior Detail (320K)

[ICEMAN]

A friend i work with has an 01 Civic Sedan hes owned for a few years. It has 320,000 miles on it and has the original engine and tranny. Its a manual tranny of courses! Runs like a top. He asked for an interior detail. I threw in a headlight restoration b/c they were nasty and hes a friend so i wanted him to be safe at night. The car barely has any rust also.

Megs 105/205 on the headlights with drill and pads
interior was DP cleaner and protectant
Carpet and seats i used Turtle Wax Carpet cleaner with Oxy
Floormats i used ARO with Brush hero and a nylon brush for a real bad spots

thx. For having 320K i was very surprised it wasnt in worse shape. The front drivers side has a water leak somewhere that he did recently get fixed. So it did have a little bit of a smell and a pretty bad stain that i couldnt get completely gone but it did look a lot better and luckily its under the mat so he doesnt see it when he gets in his car. But the rest of the car outside and inside is in great shape. Hes moving to Florida so i told him not to park it near the water so it doesnt rat away from the salt water spray. LOL.

on the seats all i used was Turtle Wax Carpet Cleaner with OXY. Make sure its the one with OXY. I get it at wal mart. been using this stuff for MANY many years and its always done wonders!! It comes with a brush on the top of it for scrubbing. i always have 3 or 4 bottles minimum in my cabinet.

just make sure it says it has OXY, thats the one you want.
