I am having the windows on my vehicle tinted today. I have had tinted windows on vehicles in the past, and I have used invisible glass with good results. I also know that McKee's Glass Cleaner is a safe option. However, I noticed that McKee's also suggests using their Plex All For tinted windows. Anyone have any experience using this product for this purpose?

Thanks!

Brett

Are you getting limo tint? What kind of vehicle is it?

You can use this to clean the tinted windows (it's ammonia and VOC free). It also adds a layer of hydrophobicity to glass. An easy to use, everyday type cleaner: Dr. Beasley's Glass IQ (http://www.autogeek.net/dr-beasleys-glass-iq.html)

I'd stick with Invisiglass. My tint guy has done over 30,000 vehicles over his career and tinted all my vehicles, he swears by it and it's his pre prep glass cleaner.

He's a true magician when it comes to tint.

I still can't believe the job he did on this back window on my GC.

I only use Invisible Glass. Great stuff/streak free, end of thread IMO.

I also use Stoner. Any ammonia-free, tint-safe cleaner will do, though.

My vote goes to Nextzett Windscreen Clear (Scheibenklar).
