We agree with vobro. To remove wax, all you need is a high quality microfiber towel. Avoid the pads.

you'd never use a pad to remove wax....did you mean apply?

I agree with the others. Removing waxes, sealants etc. I always do by hand and with the plushest, cleanest MF towels I have. some years ago I tried the MF bonnets you can put over a wool pad to remove wax but immediately abandoned that because they load up so fast with the wax powder and residue that they needed to be replaced for every section. Its much faster and easier to do it by hand with quality MF towels folded over into 1/8 ths and exposing a clean side for every section. Plus after machining most of the day it's almost erotic to feel the paint and it's smoothness again!
