I bought a new car Alpine white BMW back December, the paint doesn't look that bad it has some light swirls. I am wondering if sf-3500 with rupes yellow pad would be enough?

I was thinking of using sonax perfect finish but I have read that it uses filler which I want to avoid as I want to use a coating.

Hi and welcome to AGO.

To answer your question, you won't know until you do a test spot.

I suggest the article I posted above, and this video:

I took delivery on a new car (Focus RS) a few months ago. I checked the forums here and there was a large number of suggestions to use WolfGang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant. So, I used a claybar and then consecutive weeks of Wolfgang DGPS. The car mostly sits in the garage but it is slick, slick, slick. I ordered Fuzion during the recent 20% sale and will top it with Fuzion this weekend, assuming it arrives in time.
